Not this early in age… and it is so simple minded and ignorant to compare the natural instinctual behaviour between WILD animals with their freedom living naturally to the way a HUMAN IS CHOOSING to treat a tiny innocent defenceless wild baby animal that they have denied its freedom and forced to live in a totally inappropriate captive unnatural environment and now must rely on that human to provide everything they need ti survive!!! You’re just a very basic thinker!

It's not natural for a large dog or any dog for that matter to be so close to a baby monkey. This baby monkey must be terrified to be in such an open space next to a large dog wondering about without it's mother to YES HOLD ON TO for reassurance and protection.

That may work temporarily. But monkeys respond in kind, you hit then they learn to hit. At age two they become uncontrollable, and will hit and bite back. the crap out of you. It is all a matter of time. That is why many monkeys male and female are abandoned 2-3 years. Now if you build a trusting working relationship that is mutually beneficial that is a different story.

Boy, I am not a fan of longtails.
Long tails should receive stump tail conversions, it's any easy single step process.
Long tails are very dramatic little animals, even in the wild when the mother is trying to wean it you see it flinging itself around. I DO NOT agree that wild animals should be kept as pets.
