The fourth was their cook, a murder accused, Devi Singh. While all three were arrested, Devi Singh is still absconding. It is claimed that Devi is residing in Pakistan and do dairy farming.

Burail Jail Break. The three terrorists, assassins of Beant Singh(ex CM of Punjab) were re-arrested, Hawara in 2005, Bheora in 2006 and Tara Singh(after 10-11 years). But the cook Devi Singh(*Manu) whereabouts is still unknown. Five jail officials were also suspended.
