The reason why JDS stop selling "batIM" merch is because of the mentioned lawsuit in the video where phatmojo sued them for advertising the merch on a game they've been both working on, "Bendy in nightmare run". Not only did they stop selling the merch, but they also had to shut down all the servers in "BINR", making the game totally unplayable.
