I was a gambling and a video game addict who chased friends and money. I neglected my parents and disrespected them and because of all my bad behaviors, I ended up losing so much. I then turned to be closer to God after catching myself and seeing all the bad I have done. I am still recovering but I am glad to be in this path!
Psalms 145:13-14 The LORD always keeps his promises; He is gracious in all He does. The Lord upholds all who are falling and raises up all who are bowed down.
Your help comes from the Lord God, who created the heaven and the earth. Your problem, your situation is but a light thing for Him. There is nothing too hard for the Lord. And when you run to Him, He will never turn His back on you, nor will He cast you away because of your faults, nor will He pay you back according to your sins. He will embrace you in His loving arms, and open doors for you that no man can shut, and make a way where there seems to be no way. All the help you will ever need can be found at His feet!

Worship is what we give to him .... if anything I want him to soak my expression. Of love while I wait on him without expectation. Love says that “ He already gave enough “. My worship is not payment back but instead is gratitude. I wait on him in case he wants to do something on his own accord outside the promises. Some people worship raises their own faith and many things are received because of that. But that’s because the mindset is still as a child of God instead of a son of God. Sons know there rights and dominion and how to access it to go do the errands of the a father . Children stay home and make up new stories do how life works. But the father smiles at the children, pats them on their head and encourages them till the day they grow to become Sons.

As I listen to this worship and honor to God Almighty I am soaking in all that He is, all that He has to share and all that I am in Him. I am His Beloved and He is mine! I can soak in this all I want to! And He loves for me to do so! He would like for you to do the same. Our Almighty God is not to be kept in a box by impoverished western theology! Enjoy Him, love Him and soak in Him!!!!
The word of God is my definition of how to do something. Read the word to soak your mind and speak the word to remind yourself while in worship of Him. Be ye transformed by the renewing of the mind. We have to use the word for everything or people start assuming and making up lies from new age. I love music worship time because it’s my time to give to Him. If I receive any blessing during that time then it means that my spirit is more focused and in touch with His Spirit that already in me. I can’t absorb something new from him but I can receive understanding or empower that healing that he already provided for everyone of His people who either walk in understanding or pray past their own flesh. Western worship try to either worship to get something from God or use it as entertainment. Neither is biblically sound and both are just evident of a ‘bride of Christ’ that’s selfish. Jesus wanted us to always remember the woman with the Alabaster Box . She worshiped with the most expensive and meaningful thing a person could give back then. Supposedly it was a years worth of income for that ointment. We’re to be a bride that loves without expectation because it’s the heart of David . No one taught David to write poems and sing to God. He knows what we give of our own heart is real love. Real love expects nothing in return. I don’t look to absorb or soak anything from him during worship. He gives anyway when I do but it’s not my motivation. I wish more songs would reflect that.
Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; His love endures forever. Let the Word of the Messiah, in all its richness, live in you, as you teach and counsel each other in all wisdom, and as you sing psalms, hymns and spiritual songs with gratitude to God in your hearts.

I find myself in a season of dealing with emotional abuse, this week I have been experiencing His love delivering me from fears and self doubt. Holy Spirit is our minister in all seasons and I know His good work in me will be completed.

This is Intimate Worship and Prayer to King Jesus. There is what intimate relationship with Jesus sounds like. Sometimes intimacy can make us nervous if it's not our "normal" or our heart posture. There are soo many ways to pray/worship and have communion with Jesus. Let us not be so rigid that we believe our church/denomination or what we are used to is the only way to praise Him. I just thought of Pentecost in the Bible.
