Knowing now what Matt was dealing with here it's amazing that he not only pulled off some of their hardest songs vocally...but his voice actually got stronger and more stable as the show moved on. I think he had some pretty huge balls to keep running out there to not only please the fans but make sure his crew could feed their families.
Yeah I hope his voice recover real soon.. Seeing my idol and the band not hyped like they used to is truly sad for me
I was glad that Shadow’s throat is back. There’s no doubt that this year is the year of ROCK.
Imagine the anxiety Matt was having live on stage not being able to perform to his full potential.. he pushed through.
Matts the front man for a reason, and it's not just his incredible voice. He's the backbone of the band's live performance. Well done dude. Love you to bits - we all do.
Heartbreaking to see and hear how he pushes it through. His voice actually opens up a little bit at about 3rd song "Hail to the King". Imagining next morning can he even whisper.

I hope Matt is full percent when they come back but I love this band!
With the long layoff from touring due to the pandemic (plus how the last tour got cut short due to him having to rest his voice due to blood blisters forming in his throat) and how he said a while back that he's been working on a new technique that won't wreck his voice, I think his vocals will be the strongest they've been in years. He hasn't even made any guest appearances live or in studio for other bands or artists in that timeframe either apart from when he did that Street Spirits cover a couple years ago, so I think he'll sound incredible on the new album and when they finally start touring again.
as a singer I would like to have Matt's ability to cope with the vocal emergency and still sing excellently

Matt! Hell of a fight through on this performance. Super stoked to hear them live next month. He’s said he can do everything he needs to with his voice again. 🎉🎉🎉
Well, he sounds so good now. Seeing them live at Rockville was awesome. His recent screams on Unholy Confessions at Madison Square Garden are pretty amazing for someone that was told they probably wouldn't sing again professionally several years ago.

Qualidade de imagem e áudio top pra crl, semelhante à gravação de Nightmare do download festival 2011. Consigo ouvir perfeitamente as guitarra do Zacky e do Syn,inclusive o baixo do Johnny. Só os microfones que tava meio baixo.
Infelizmente o Matt tava num péssimo momento em termos vocais.

When we finally get some HD pro shot full concerts from them after years of waiting Matt has massive voices problems and can barely sing through the songs...
2018 was definitely NOT a good year for A7X... I really hope that he's managed to heal himself and recover the strong vocals he had up until the end of the HTTK era.
Idk what is with all these comments about M's voice, but to me, as a long time fan, he sounds great.
Put it this way, if his voice was really struggling that bad, why would he do all the do all the screams in between songs that he really didn't have to do?? People just want to look for a reason to criticize..
How about this? Anybody criticizing him, try to sing at his level, hitting ALL those notes, for as long as this show lasted..
I promise you! Your voice will go kaput in 20 mins tops. Lol

Avenged sevenfold is the only modern band I like. And is one of my all time favorite bands period. Got all their albums.. shit load of bootleg dvds and cds. Pinkly smooth.. their early demos.. love em to death... but . Shadows voice is worn out and he is struggling through this whole show. He still pulls it off. But it's clearly worn out due to previous shows.. it happens to every singer. Not a huge deal

@@attilakerek i'm pretty sure he started having problems mid or late 2017, and all the touring up until mid 2018 didn't really help. A7x live at Loudwire Music Awards 2017 is a good example of him struggling a little bit in 2017.

De ha egész évben nyomod a turnét ,ezerrel és még azt az évet végig nyomtàk volna ,csak Matt pont a Volt utànn lemondta a turné hàtra lévő részét a hangszàl gyulladása miatt ,amit megis műtötték,akkor egy picit szerintem ők is lazíthattak.🙂 De szerintem hoztàk a profizmust ,Syn a sajàt kis solo témàit is elővette nekünk magyaroknak☝️ Matt előtt le a kalappal és a magyar közönség előtt is.☝️Igaz nagyon sok évet vàrtunk az első magyarországi A7X koncertre ,de vàrjuk őket mostmàr biztos vissza.😊
