    No ma'am you said it wrong in laminar blood flow WBCs are present at the center then next to them lies RBCs and platelets and at periphery lies plasma.

      But in Robbins & Cotran's Pathological Basis of Disease (10th edition, Page no. 77) it is mentioned that "In normally flowing blood in venules, red cells are confined to a central axial column, displacing leukocytes towards the wall of the vessel"
