Killa at 30% right now and I just got him 2x back to back and he hunted me down each time.
I thought Killa was a scav from a distance in the parking garage because the first thing i seen was a santa hat. I had no idea he was wearing a santa hat so i didnt pay a ton of attention to the fight, assuming it was a scav. boy was i wrong.. lol
Did the lower the spawn rates of bosses on pve I haven’t been finding any bosses
since the begining of the event i already killed goons , sanitar and partizan so i dont think so bro

Not 100% but its relatively high I believe :)
Only when you are not wanting him to. Then he does a power slide before blasting your face in from 100m with zero warning.
He is 30% atm
