Moved to Baltimore from India. I travel to Greenmount often and I can definitely say people in this neighborhood are good. Sure, there’s some crime and some areas are really sketchy, but I have nothing but love for Baltimore ❤

Towson is still Baltimore, it became the county seat after the city became independent, Baltimore county has no cities they're all communities, they will never allow Towson to incorporate and leave like the city especially since it's the county seat and they built it up. But down the line I believe that the city and county will rejoin as one.
