@@Skyrimdude1PSN Or the rivers that have rock bottoms, Ive lose maybe 3-6 catfish rigs every trip out to the dam with my buddy, He also probably loses 3-6 rigs too.
I went fishing in Yellowstone and because me and my dad had waiters we found a bunch of lures, unfortunately because it was Yellowstone they were all barbless and were pretty old. Still cool though!
I think you found my axoloto giant swim bait I lost it a month ago I was on a trip stopped at that pond and was joking with my fishing buddies and I tied that on and got snagged😂 but I’m glad that you found it and possibly use it
Well the expandable pole with the hook was definitely a game changer. Lesson learned. Thoroughly look in trees for better baits in pristine condition. 👊👍
9:20 This is a Canadian Wiggler; a form of flatfish style lure. We actually have some down in Australia, I've built up a small collection of them. Great lures.
9:56 This is an old Rebel Spoonbill; confused with many types of other lures. It has the indistinguishable cross pattern infused into the plastic. I'd say this is the best find of the video, very collectable.
The salamander, is a Axolotle!! A pre-historic mammal. One of the first salamanders to leave water and walk on land during the Jurassic era!! Supercool find!!!
Bonjour de France Brendan, superbe vidéo .Aurais-tu un lien internet ou ont pourrais acheter la canne télescopique pour décrocher les leurres ? Merci à toi
I was planning to go lure hunting in mid november since they usually lower the river water level down some. I was sad to find out they didnt do it for the year. Anyways i get to enjoy myself by watching one of your videos
12:17 I’m pretty sure that crankbait u asked about was a Jenko fishing trapline ripknocker. I have one and it’s pretty heavy duty and a big crankbait. Love the videos! The lure hunts are always some of my favorites!!!
Thanks for the hook idea. I recently lost my favorite swim bait and when I saw this I had to buy one. You deserve an affiliate link for this one brother.
Check some of those older antique ones. Found a pair of old discontinued Rapala Magnums in my grandpa's old tacklebox. Both ended going for around $50 combined. Cool finds nonetheless, keep it up!
This is one of my favorite things to do when it’s winter and they start draining the lakes I love walking out where the water should be but it’s not and I love finding all the things that people have lost wether that be fishing lures or just some random things that you wonder what they were being used for
Best find last year was a broken fishing rod with a bait caster bottom half (handle) with a broken spinning rod top. It had a $150 Bass Pro Shops spinning reel I ln perfect condition on it. It had line tangled all over it and was thrown up in a tree a hundred feet away from the water. I left it up there for a weekend just in case someone had thrown it up there to hide it. On Sunday afternoon it was mine. I cleaned up the inside, put. Lube inside of it, and left it at my parents on a new spinning rod. It was a large reel so it is used for catfish and carp with forty pound braid.
Hey Brendan! Not sure if you will see this or not, but I have been watching you channel for about 5 years now! I am wondering where you catch your pike and bowfin because I live in Ohio also, but have never caught either!
I love the video brotha, but when you’re getting this stuff you should just grab a Publix bag and fill it with some line and junk. Not every piece lol just something to influence others and help our fishing environment 💯
As someone who has been skunked fishing but has found a $12 lure while fishing it's a great find
it's always how i end my day of kayak fishing fish or no fish plus i remove as much trash and old line as possible
@@ROGUEBLU good work. Ever wonder how much tackle could be found with a magnet by the fishing pier. I feel like tons of split shot weights at least
@@Skyrimdude1PSN Or the rivers that have rock bottoms, Ive lose maybe 3-6 catfish rigs every trip out to the dam with my buddy, He also probably loses 3-6 rigs too.
I really felt that.

The metal plug is the Canadian wiggler
I tried metal detecting around Lake Wallenpaupack when they lowered it and all I found was rusty lures and beer tabs.
Great way to spend time with a fishing related activity..

Let’s see part 2! I wish lakes near me were drained
If you take a cigarette and attach it to your pole, you can just burn the line. Specifically the ones that are just wrapped.
Always my favorite videos.
Pretty sure this counts as community service for picking up sharps and plastic lmao, I'm gonna have to start doing this
Cleaning up the environment and loading up the tackle box at the same time! Talk about 2 birds with one stone!
Where i can buy your hook?

7:26 I believe its supposed to look like an axolotl based on the red marks on the side by the head

Awesome videos man been watching since you first started

The micro crankbait is sold on eBay in a 9 pack for 8 Australian dollars

Best vid each year!!!
@brendanmiller now do a video of you using these lures! So rad!
Great finds!!
Why do they drain the ponds? Shouldn't they leave it at regular levels? Also, I lost a spinnerbait yesterday in a pond. Could you find it for me?
Have you made a video using these lures?
Where did you get that claw pole buddy kinda interested in getting one myself maybe even just to get my own lures back out of the trees 😂🤣
That salamander looking bait is called an Axolotl.
really wonder how some of these lures ended up way up in trees
Wow, is the lure you found still available? If it's still available, I'd like it
Sometimes I forget I lost some lures and get bummed over them all over again 😂
Where did you get that hook to get Fishing lures out of the tree
I love this channel.
