The National goverment should step up and build several bus terminals outside Nairobi and remove all matatus from town. Then introduce Public Goverment controlled Metro busses to transport people from those terminals to city centre. Corruption itaisha na kutakuwa na order.

So far no counties in Kenya can demonstrate their purpose or justify their existence. We're better off with one layer of government. Counties are a money-making machine for a few people. I remember how they were against Uhuru idea of having NMS run the city. Sakaja came in quick asking for everything to be returned so he can run it. Since then, Nairobi ni chafu, chaos kabisa and no new thing going on.
He came in an bought all new cars stashing away the old ones that NMS had refurbished so he gets kickbacks. Swara kabisa. Sasa we have floods all over it’s as if Kenya has never had rains before. Viongozi matapeli, wafisadi wakubwa kabisa.

The saccos must come up with away they pay a monthly fee for each PSV vehicle plying their route and instil discipline on the matatu operators to only pick and drop passengers in designated stops and have a valid sticker on the windshield for the askaris to use and verify either by scanning it with an app on their phones so that this kind of madness can end.
The owners of the vehicles must also agree to this and the fee will be paid by them or whatever terms they'll have with their saccos as long as it's paid.
The saccos should also let the operators know that if by any chance they're caught dropping or picking up passengers just anywhere and they get arrested, the fine will be deducted from their salary.
With this in mind, they will behave so will the the passengers and this will also help in smooth traffic flow and reduce the number of accidents cz there are matatus that make sudden stops cz there's a passenger who waves it to stop and another car rums behind
