To add onto what Phila said, sometimes it's not even the thought of other people being happier without you being around, it's also the feeling of being too exhausted to even think of your loved ones' feelings, and also thinking that you'd feel so much better if you actually ended things. This feeling never goes away, but the intensity differs from day to day. I know. Virtual hugs to everyone going through depression ❤
I need to say this from the bottom of my heart I am so happy and proud that Somizi thought it was better to have such a show in Mzansi, we need more shows like this. They promote healing and people should learn to talk more about what they are going through in life. It makes it easier for society to relate to celebrities BCS under the fame n money they are humans as well and we are tired of them taking their lives. Thank you Somizi. GOD bless you brother
I love Bongani, I have always felt that he has been misunderstood for a long time and hope people will put themselves in his shoes and then maybe we can empathise and get to see where he is coming from. I would love to see his show coming back because it was good to see him as he evolved. As for Phila, I also feel his pain and I am glad that he is opening up to his pain and hope he will get the support he needs. That was a very touching and beautiful episode Somizi👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
