Nothing new of having brawl in Taiwan Parliament.
So it was KMT who started the whole thing, black boxed the legislative process, broke the legislative norms, and proposed laws that were against the constitution and tried to force them through.
The process did not respect the DPP legislators' right to scrutinize and participate in the bill.
Not only did KMT trample on the public opinion represented by the DPP legislators, KMT also tried to spread rumors and put the blame on the DPP.
Not true
Why? This is the fact.
That is because the parliament minority DPP wanted to take over the chairman seat to prevent any law unfavorable to DPP from 3rd reading.
Nah, it's not the truth. It's the DPP members behaved like hooligan against the KMT in parliament and that was because the DPP is not happy with the parliament's decision on the aprroved bill.
This is not true. It was DPP that behaved badly punched hit slapped the KMT members. This is outrageous! Why a ruling party behaved in such uncivilised manner ? Since DPP claims that they are a democratic country then conduct discussions in a rationale and civilised manner with the opposition parties period
Since she said must communicate then why is she seen hitting the security constable on the head? Double standards.
That's very unbecoming of a country's Parliament. It's a place of the sanctity of a country & fights is the norm?
Not yet.
There are three parties in Taiwan, KMP, DPP, and TPP.
At present, in our Legislative Yuan, according to the rules, every legislator who has been empowered by our people must read the regulations of the bill and express his wishes and opinions. This is a relatively simple statement, but this is generally the direction.
But at the beginning of this year, after the new election ended and new legislators took office, KMP and TPP members have been blocking the DPP's power to speak and review the bill.
As a result, the bill was forcibly passed yesterday (5/17). This is a black box. , also mostly violent.
In particular, KMP has always said that they represent the majority in Taiwan, but they do not! Moreover, yesterday’s black box bill is even suspected of being unconstitutional. KMP and TPP are putting the party’s ideals above the interests of the country and the people.
Why did people take to the streets yesterday? Because this reminds them of March 18, 2014, when KMT also wanted to pass an untested black box bill. If it weren’t for the people taking to the streets, Taiwan would not be Taiwan today.
Singapore one cannot even talk.
Singapore two is because you are not allow to the parliament to talk as you are not a member of parliament. 😁😆
In Singapore parliament, one person talks and the rest listens.
SG one opposition get arrested for minor bs, its a one party dictatorship no matter how you slice it.
Wait, was that a guy who tackled a woman at the start of the video??? He should be ashamed of himself!
However, many foreign media who reported on this incident often showed this clip. That was because they were fighting over a very important bill, but what was not included in the news was that a legislator from the ruling party was maliciously kicked off the desk and his head fell heavily to the ground. If you watch the content of this video, you will know that this is a position that is more inclined to the Kuomintang.
@@lovfromarmy nonsense, the bill that the opp noe wanna passed down now is the bil that the current gov said they wanna do b4 they took over govern. Dun think sporean wun noe e current dpp is worse than ccp
Gangster not governor, how are they going to teach the new generation, follow the same ways? 上梁不正下梁歪,if the government don't even know what is peace how can they give nation or country to be peaceful
If TW could even keep unruliness at bay in their Parliament, how could their country & people progress!
DPP is a joke
KMT IS A JOKE
Business As Usual 😂
DPP’s minister of foreign affairs Mark Chen (陳唐山) ridiculed , 20 years ago, that Singapore is a country the size of booger. You can see what DPP is made of.
If lawmakers can't even behave with dignity in an August House, what good can be expected from them? Are they being elected by the people for fist brawl there? It's just a mockery.

Yep, the Taiwan lawmakers and their so call, democratic political system really sucks and their political system is much worse than 🇨🇳 CCP China.
Taiwan’s president doesn’t have a legislative majority. Ukraine “s president’s term ends on 20 May-and he has cancelled elections.Democracy is in the eye of the beholder…
Taiwan’s Lawmakers need President Xi to discipline them
No, thank you. TW already has Green Commie, no more room for Red Commie.
Proves you don’t need clowns to get a circus 😂😂
The Taiwan parliament is always such a shame seen by the world where both the DPP and KMT lawmakers can often start a brawl and even throwing chairs and plastic container of water at each other in parliament. Many people in the world were asking and wondering whether is Taiwan really democratic and a place with freedom of speech.
The so call, democratic political system in Taiwan is so much worse than mainland 🇨🇳 China.
Why do the majority unified KMT and TPP have to attack first? DPP voters are mostly lowly educated, over 65 years old ,or live in the agricultural or heavy-industral southern part of Taiwan. The opposition parties are KMT and TPP. KMT voters are mostly over-50-year-of-age mid-to-high educated. TPP voters are mostly mid-to-high educated young people.
Dirty People's party
A Taiwanese female once said Socialist system is immature and that mature countries have representative elections. But when you see Democracies like this fighting in Parliament shreds all credibility of claiming maturity
I don’t know what to say to people who criticize without knowing the facts.
Suggested title: "Lawmakers of Free and Democratic Taiwan brawl over Parliament reforms"
Hahahahahahahohohoho
You won't see this on the Taiwanese RUclips news channels....
Wow...i gotta say i haven't seen taiwan like this for a very long time...
I guess is a trend now a days , seen other country do the the same brawl in parliament its crazy 🤣
It's a wonder that Taiwan hasn't gone bankrupt with this type of parliament.
Taiwan’s per capita GDP ranks 14th
@@豬先生-x2u That is rigged number from bloated high housing price/salary ratio. DPP’s previous president Tsai is the daughter of a wealthy land speculator. Most of her campaign contributions are from real estate developers (her dead father was a wealthy land speculator), let alone contribution from China-funded Shopee shopping site registered in Singapore.
Taiwan is great but the government is a joke - more drama than Taiwan TV drama
Its called democracy, something you’ll never understand
It's not. It's a farce
Oh my🤭I can’t believe this is happening
Well thu most will find the scene disturbing and uncalled for. Those high in sadism traits will found the chao satisfying even pleasurable.😂 Character of populist elected democracy.
This is what democracy under DPP is all about.
And the DPP dare to even say that they are pro-democratic with this type of behaviour.
@@Paul-H-Wolfram6608 actually if they are willing to fight for it, it shows commitment. You probably prefer Xi style dictatorship.
Taiwan parliament is like a circus full of clowns.... 🤡
We don't want to be like this, but we are forced to be like this!

Yep, and they call themselves democratic and freedom of speech.
I wonder do they know the word, 'Shame'
Lgbtq country 🏳️🌈😂
So?
Taiwanese won’t mind such a vibrant Parliament as compared to the highly choreographed, orderly & dignified China’s Lianghui meetings.
Orderly, dignified, performative and pointless.
@@JojoJoget the other type also pointless … if you think about it, isn’t it? 😂
@@CalvinK-the_old_fogey like pretend democracy and pretend discussions like Singapore’s? I agree
@@JojoJoget all same same lah. Tell me which country doesn’t ?
Oh, my goddess. How can this happen in a modern society ? The lady was brutally beaten down to ground by a male 😮
🤦 🤦🏼♀️
😂🤣😅
Not even a real country.
The fact and truth is that, Taiwan is not an independent country as it's not recognize by United Nation and by any country around the world. Taiwan is just a breakaway province state of 🇨🇳 mainland China.
Fake knews
What a circus
This is worse than m'sia.😂😂
Not only Malaysia, they're have the worse behaviour in parliament or congress among all the countries in the world.
Just means they really care for the country
