- New series I'm starting where I play through the game using SpaceDasher's USM mod and edit sounds from the USM game into Spider-Man Remastered, which fits surprisingly well in most scenes.

I'd love if a bunch of modders got together to dedicate their time to an Ultimate conversion mod, Bagley style models for everyone including civilians, skyboxes, the music.etc. I'd throw money into a project like that!
When the tools get better for audio replacement, you have my word on replacing soundtracks and voice lines.

@@branescan Actually, on that note, I've been pretty interested in doing voicework for years now and have done Spidey dubs/improv for friends just for fun. I've always felt my voice fits the Ultimate Peter very well, maybe subconsciously since I did grow up with the videogame.
Perhaps if I have a better setup and mic by then I can provide an "Ultimate" redub? Trust me, I've never taken my interest in acting lightly, it wouldn't sound half-assed ;)

USM’s immaturity and Fisk’s jaded personality work so well in contrast with each other
one of the best parts about Fisk in USM was that he constantly reminded us that there’s more to the world than black and white, while since Peter was only 15 he only saw the world in the most linear fashion
Venom and Goblin will always be Peter’s most iconic villains but in 1610 it was definitely Kingpin, the perfect antithesis to the protagonist
I would say in the 1610 universe his most iconic villain was still green goblin but kingpin in USM was fr Goated

There was something about this game as a kid for me. How powerful Peter felt despite being young and in school, the killer OST, and the art. God I wish I could play the OG again. (Talking about Ultimate Spider-Man btw)

@@benjamin3615 Personally I disagree, it does range on the more cultural classic side but I think what it does it does pretty well and I’d argue it holds up against most modern titles.

@@jamesm5339 ...uh not really, the developer of ultimate was treyarch and the publisher was activision but the rights for spidy are now in sony and insomniac games, so... yeah they cant bring back ultimate spider-man or anything related to activision..

I love this video, the mod, voice, webshooter sound effects, and music makes it perfect. After watching this. It made me want a prequel of the ps4 game, like Spider-Man's origin something similar to the ultimate Spider-Man comics.

I can't lie, Marquette and the lines feel more like Spider-Man than Yuri. It also feels more charming and personable. Yuri is actually much better now as Spider-Man than he was in the game.
Oh my gosh, I wish someone would mod Ultimate Spiderman dialogue and the soundtrack into the game like this.
Other great ideas would be: Cell shading graphics mod. Ultimate Spiderman web slinging like limbing up webs and etcetera, webbing people after they are down or else they'd get back up. It'd almost be like an "Ultimate Spiderman Remastered".

Probably. But 7 is a lot of people, and all these great modders (SpaceDasher included) are extremely busy people so it'd take more than a year.

I do remember that in the Ultimate comics Spider-Man and Kingpin had fought each other multiple times.
