Sand 3 "chick coin IL"

I picked up on a tip about the first slide coin: Billy should be holding the same part of the egg every time if you dashjump onto the slide the same way. There's an extra Wind Comb hatch but who's counting

I'm estimating times for getting all 5 chick coins in each level, so that I can tighten up the route and estimate what a good run looks like in All Eggs, then eventually 100% again. Now I'm including "hard-required" hatches on the IL routes for some level. I may do IL runs of either those routes, or of just coins with no hatches.
