    Some good stuff in here. When breaking down sheet goods you can use foam core as well. Can't wait to see it finished out.

      Yeh! I’ve never gotten around to buying foam core and just had used scrap 2x4’s. Foam core would be great to not worry about pieces falling down once I cut them

    Double 3/4" is 1 1/2", not 1 1/4"...but I think you meant that. Plus, you don't want the screw to bust out of the other side, so you need a little extra material thickness than the screw. ;) That is a seriously nice looking play kitchen, Brandon!

      Haha! Yeh my engineering degree sure is paying off. Good call, I actually wound up using 1 1/4 since I had more of those.

      Make or Break Shop I’m a half-garage kind of woodworker too. Get some of that stuff up on the walls. Oh and build a wall down the middle, I have no regrets about doing that!
