I watched the giant cupcake master class as well as the Ferro Rocher cupcake video . I looked at the ingredients but somehow I missed buying extra chocolate to melt , to cover the Nutella and hazelnut top . I guess I wish all the ingredients were listed in one place , not mud cake and chocolate bowl in one place and the rest in another place. Now I must drive a half hour to a store and pray one is open in this New Years Eve :(

You could make a Ferrero Raffaelo Cupcake!? Its a praline like the Rocher, covered with coconut, in the inside there's a really scrumptious "better than it sounds like" milk-powder cream filling and an almond in the center. They've alwas been my favourites as a child! Maybe try one first, they're available in Australia I've seen. ;)

You could make something like a basket with flowers in it. where the basket is made of fondant covering the giants cupcake base ^^ or movie night related stuff. or a giant kraken cupcake...
