RC traxxas T-MAXX 2.5 problem transmission? - help me please (not 3.3)

- My traxxas T-MAXX 2.5 fails to start well.. help me please,
this is what my t-maxx is doing... transmission problem? engine is ok, and shift to 2nd gear is good, but the start is horrible !
I opened the tranny and everything seems normal (4992,4986, 4988..?). spur clutch is tighten.
can anyone help me please?
