There are other houses here also stunning also less than 4 mill. So why ?? Is the land dodgy ? Is the land subject to flooding??

Some of the Midstream estates are trying to become “the next Waterfall”, but can’t reach those prices due to some of their locations. Nevertheless, I’ll double-check with my colleague as to why the prices are where they are, and see whether there are any other (surprising) explanations🤔

There was! Woke me up in the middle of the night and I’m in the Westrand vd the epicentre in the Eastrand of Joburg (Boksburg). I believe some rather minor damages overall. Luckily, it was a light one.
I hear you - I just double-checked what’s on the market in that estate - there are 17 properties for sale around R3.5-4m, so if anything, this one is rather on the high side!🤔

Wanna give an insight.. If the house as solar system, you should try to know how many KW is the solar panel then the battery storage with the issues of load shedding.. If you can video from the extrance, maybe using your drone from the street will be cool.. Awesome work tho X, keep winning always..
I am sorry could not finish this viewing. I am 5 minutes into the viewing still don't know half of the things you have shown. The presenter is talking about wine cellars but the camera is showing the present. She is being asked where is Valley View and she says " It is opposite to Blue Valley Golf Estate". What kind of show is this? She should have directed us to where to find valley view and told us about amenities that are around the estate... Not impressed and time-wasting.
