Very nice video. People drink because they are brain dead for sometime and talk or act confidently without any tension. Top priority is daily meditation to download a new software in our brain leading to relaxation. Old beliefs, superstitions and phobias of childhood need to be washed away. Breath and body focussed daily meditation for 15-20 minuites can be life transforming. Best wishes.

Very true but anxiety is much deeper than this--it is about the misfiring of neurons in the brain . Life becomes tough. Meditation is one possible cure but it has to be done daily to rewire the neurons. Vipaasna observing breath meditation is also very helpful.
