Thing is, i feel like the series could have been so much better. It's not that the concept was that uninteresting, and there was a lot of potential for this to be great. If the story was rewritten with the same general plot, but way better story-boarding, meaningful fighting instead of characters saying something technical like once in a while to sound like a fighting anime, and a little more emphasis on this whole being a reincarnation thing, i think this show could've been really great. You see glimpses of it being a great anime once in a while, some cool moments, and times you can say, " that was awesome". Sadly everything was just done sub par. Soundtrack is the only part this show gets an A grade for me, that and potential.
check out Guily Crown for good OST as well. And tbh that wasnt a bad anime either. I personally Favorited it as one of the better story line anime for me personally. You should check it out. just go to episode one and you'll understand.

gotta admit, the characters from this anime kinda look like Fire Emblem Characters. the main dude looks like Mart from its original incarnation back in the NES era. the much refined version seen in the DS rerelease was too much. also the story would fit well as a fire emblem story. considering i just played seike no fuuku and 5,6,7(or was it 6,7,8 because it was the blazing swords, binding blade and sacred stone) the story of the anime was pretty good. this is specially true if you add the next generation of heroes present in the seikei no fuuku.
