June Chandler's Actors Workshop Production Class Project 2018
The students worked on all set design and construction, lighting and filming, editing, music, acting directing and costume.
We paid for everything out of our own pockets: building materials, cameras, lights, location permits.
We appreciate compliments and constructive criticism. Remember, this is a CLASS PROJECT, not a full-blown Hollywood production. Enjoy!

It was good , a remake of an old classic Twilight Zone . I think William Shatner was playing the guy in the original . I’m afraid I like the original better . But this was good too .

I remember seen Rod Serling's original version of this episode of Twilight Zone. This amateur work, without the budget of a network made it really good! Congratulations!

In the original one of this that was filmed many moons ago I always thought that William Shatner's character was a maniac for being on a road trip, ordering an iced coffee and a salad... That would go right through me in a long drive.

The production team must've watched the original 1960 TZ episode "Nick of time" numerous times to have gotten this remake so word for word accurate. How many times had you all seen the original?
We used Springfield Scripts to get the transcript. Unfortunately, it is gone now. Thanks for asking and supporting our channel!

Fortune Teller Machine should have been 10cents in today's economy.
The machine isn't even there. We find that out in part 5. 😮
It'd be funny if once they started dancing the waiter came up and told them this isnt the place for that .
This was a decent updated remake of the timeless original. I really enjoyed the bobble head demon. What was different was the characters turning the bobble head towards themselves when asking a question, showing the true interest in their questions and answers.
The guy who plays Rod Serling looks like Rudy Giuliani.
He does, doesn't he.
This is fantastic!! You guys did a great job on the little fortune teller boxes. And the cafe attendant keeps popping up at just the right times.
The song at the end is perfect!!

The hand belongs to Mr. Don S. Carter (William Shatner), male member of a honeymoon team on route across the Ohio countryside to New York City. In one moment, they will be subjected to a gift most humans never receive in a lifetime. For one penny, they will be able to look into the future. The time is now, the place is a little diner in Ridgeview, Ohio, and what this young couple doesn't realize is that this town happens to lie on the outskirts of the Twilight Zone.

What the hell is chicken-fried-steak ????????
Beef steak pounded down [cubed/tenderized] then breaded in layers of milk/egg/seasoned flour and fried in hot oil similiar to fried chicken. It's generally served with country style creamed gravy and mashed potatoes. It's quite delicious!
This is a re-run, same episode staring William Shatner. That episode was in black and white.
Interesting bit that they added a priest and nun, which is a big change. What do people think about that?

🤔 I’m not sure if I should buy one with a cream colored head 😈 or a red head 😈 . This drives me nuts . I like the red one better , but the original is creamy white and costs too much anyway 😈 😖😖😖
How in the hell could you understand the line in the dîner, " So hi-ya Donsy and Patsy so how's it by you?" I was add-in sub-titles to this for my friend in France to help them lean English, and I can't even understand the English they're using! Well, that line anyway. What the hell does "June Prune Honeymoon" mean? And that "Bread and Butter" part. I guess they can't be separated by the pole? Anyway, until you subtile something, or reenactment it, like you, we never realize the things we don't normally hear. Anyway, merci de m'avoir aider sous-titre cela! I'd have never been able to desypher that line by "Donsy" or is it Donzie like Fonzie Lol.
