Thanks, we never really have a target episode length we just film the work unfold and try to put it together in a way that shows the process but doesn't drag on too long.

Absolute incredible attention to detail, does that masking tape leave any sticky residue...?
The tape we are using is low tack tape so it doesn’t leave any residue on the rubber mouldings or plastic trims. Take a look on the auto finesse website if your interested in grabbing some for yourself👍🏻

Question/Observation: Do you open the doors, bonnet, and hatch during the washing stage?

Reckon you could of just used rejuve on a machine with a soft finishing pad and got it down thinner and faster?
No, we did try but it needed something with a little more bite just to get to the bottom of the odd deeper mark.

Auto Finesse Upholstery Brush that you’re using on the alcantara is it soft or medium stiffness ?
Bristle firmness is around Medium on these
U get more gloss with a ceramic coating and a topper, gyeon is awesome.
true but car shows are all about that deep, warm, wet glow
@@monbx90x u are unlikely to notice the warm glow of a wax irl tbh, and ceramic protects from swirls which are inevitable.
@@davidh4632 You certainly do notice a quality carnauba wax. I tried ceramic and they are very very shiny (almost glass finish) but I prefer the buttery, deep & wet finish of a carnauba wax.
Thats your opinion and you are welcome to it, but we would care to disagree completely. Wax always looks best in our opinion.
@@AutoFinesseDetailing 99% of the finish is in paint prep, matters less what you put ontop assuming zero swirls. Whilst a wax can fill some swirls it provides no protection from future swirls unlike a ceramic coating. Each to their own.

These are later versions of our prototype pro series, we have spoken about them in more detail in earlier videos. Still very much a work in progress.
How much does something like this roughly cost
It all comes down to the hours put in. We do these as a way of developing our product range, skill set and to demonstrate what our products are capable of so they art really the most realistic to price up as a job. But you would expect to be anywhere from £35-£70+ per hour for a decent detailer here in the UK depending on where you are in the country and who you choose. More experience means a higher hourly, but also in most cases a more detailed and all-round finished job. Not always the case, theres some young lads turning out some crazy high standard work, but thats the rule of thumb. A job like that there we would class a good enhancement would be somewhere around £350-£700 in todays market.

waahaha washed it then rubbed it with a clean rag, which then exposed all the dirt he didn't wash off, hilarious! detailing (washing a cars) is such a rip off and a modern fad which will die out soon enough! kids used to do this don't forget!
