I’ve been trying to figure this out as well. Based on specs and looks, they seem identical just with different finishing. The regular soft 10.5 just has a milled face and the milled version is milled all over for a more premium finish.

Does the graphite shaft respond like it's too flexible or whippy feel, as head is heavy?
No, but sound is a bit muted which I prefer and the look.
