In order to fight it, you must have given it Joy from the Mr. Beautiful quest, and also must have handed 4 other pieces of Joy to 4 different pacifists in order to fight it. You will know you have met the requirements when the game prompts you to go back to it to retrieve the Joy once you give the last Pacifist Joy.
(or alternatively, you can just put joy in its hand & then take it back immediately afterwards BUT you must still be in the Mr. Beautiful quest in order to start the fight)

I like how Vegaful plays a lot more with the supernatural/magic side of Olathe than other fangames, this encounter for example, a devilish spirit taking the appareance of a woman to lure fools to their doom, or the fight against Death itself, Gorilla-guys being able to resurrect through blood rituals, the Four Horsemen... and god knows what's to come
Man, i can't wait to see what the new Wallyland is going to look like
