I love the fact that you take all these amazing photos with gear that's actually affordable to most people. I have practically the same setup which really inspires me to get out there and learn.
New to photography, got an a6400 with the kit lens last year from watching your street photography videos. Now I'm using the sigma 18-50mm and its been a massive increase in quality. The a6400 is such a great camera. Size, weight, usability are all awesome. Battery life is the only complaint which can be fixed with having lots of backups. Feels good to see the og 6400 back on the channel.
I’m learning so much from you, the composition and the color grading. It helps that you show us the aperture/shutter speed/iso on every shot that you took as well. Keep the videos coming, brother. Much love from Malaysia.
I really enjoyed this video, mate. You’re fantastic at both entertaining and teaching photography! I currently use a Canon 6D, which is excellent for photography, but I’m looking to get more into video and am tempted by the Sony A6500. Would you consider doing a video where you showcase the A6500’s video capabilities, maybe through a vlog or a short film? It would be great to see what it can do in a real-world setting!
Yeahhh... I was hoping for a new video on a6400 (because finally after all these years, I'm gonna get my own a6400 and it will arrive in 3 days time). Please do more because yours is truly the best one to showcase its capabilities. 😊
Wooo let’s gooo! Excited for you! Enjoy your new camera when it arrives! I’m sure I’ll get round to doing more POVs with this camera in the near future 😃📸
great video mate, I have just taken delivery of the Sigma F1.4 30MM DC DN Contemporary to use on my Sony a6600 , Your pictures are inspiring mate & I am hoping i can capture some great street images with the 30mm (45mm crop factor)
I absolutely love these Videos, so many creative ideas. I was wondering if you were editing the photos with your luts alone or if you adjust a lot manually?
Curtis, I have a a6400 and i'm looking for a new or second hand lens. Are you familiar with Viltrox prime lenses? And would you recommend the Sigma 30mm over cheaper prime lenses from other brands? Like your channel btw 😃
I've got to say that you seem to do better work with APSC when doing street photography. Maybe because it is more lightweight and more "stealth"? And speaking of stealth, I think the 6400 achieves it better than the 6700 because of the way the screen flips, but that's just my personal feeling. There's the awesome focusing of the 6700 and its IBIS which are so desirable...
I bought your preset pack because I love your style, but I am bit overwhelmed sometimes and dont really know which one suits the picture the best. How do you choose it, or do you just go by your guts? Thanks for the video as always!🙌🏻
Haven’t tried the 70-200 but I do own the 70-350, which is fantastic. Has OSS, which is crucial for a telephoto lens and for a camera body that doesn’t have IBIS (A6400). Would highly recommend
Wonderful ! I was wondering which filter you have in font of your lens? I have the exact setup for street photography and every time I put the 56 I have opportunity to use the 30 and when I put the 30, I which I had the 56 mounted LOL
Woww! I am deciding between buying an a6100 with 3000 shots for $630 euros with the kit lens and a sony 50mm f1.8 or the a6400 for $650 almost new with just the kit lens. What would you recommend?
@CurtisPadley I have a question what ND or VND ( and from what scope 1-5 or 6-10 ) filer do you use and in what size ( all Sigma are 55 but here you use a bigger one I see ) ? Do you have any recommendations in this area ?
A6000 great camera, 85mm f1.8 might be a bad starter lens. If you can look towards a sigma 18-50 f2.8 zoom lens. That’s more versatile! Hope that helps 😃
Not quite, A6700 is best hybrid APS-C camera and do prefer using it over the A6400. However, A6400 is a brilliant camera for beginners and I still like using it for photography cause it’s fun.
You are one of the best street photographers I've seen so far... you've got a great eye and great ability to capture the right moment. I love watching your videos, inspire me a lot. Thanks for lovely posts. @i.c.h.i.g.o_i.c.h.i.e
That really depends, if you using it for just photography, stick with A6400 and invest in lenses. If you are planning on shooting more video content then it is worth the upgrade. But that’s very general, it’s always situational and depends on the individual needs of the person behind the camera. Hope that helps 📸😃

Ayyy that’s great to hear glad you are enjoying the A6400! Great to shoot with A6400 again 📸😃
Hi, do you recommend the 18.50mm over the 30mm? Greetings
That "skateboard " shot was insane😵

Skaters photo was the best 🤙

Wow. I love the 56 so much. I have it. Now i.m waiting for my 75 1.2 viltrox

If your new to the channel there are plenty on here 📸😃
fantastic photo!! Montmartre is my fav place in Paris
Thanks! Has to be one of my favourite to! 🇫🇷📸
@@CurtisPadley this 30mm lens looking good, I’m still thinking of this lens or 27mm viltrox
I absolutely love these Videos, so many creative ideas. I was wondering if you were editing the photos with your luts alone or if you adjust a lot manually?
at 5:31 youre at the infamous Resistance map from Call of Duty MW3. First place i went in Paris lol.
Am I actually?! 😂 I didn’t even know. Was it a good map can’t remember that one 🎮
It looks like your edit of your first photo put a halo around the dome of the Sacré-Couer in Montmartre.
Curtis,

Awesome video. My a6400 just came in today now I just gotta get a lens. I’m on a budget so I think imma go with 30mm sigma
Thanks mate! Congrats on new camera! 30mm is a fantastic choice! Sigma 18-50mm is your best bet for a zoom imo. Have fun creating! 📸🤩
@@CurtisPadley likewise brother keep crushing the content is top notch 💯🤘

Hey Curtis, what is the adapter thing you use for your filters? Awesome video as always 👍🏻
How did you made the focus fast ? autofocus ? which one please ? great pics btw
Is the Sony 70-350 worth getting for the 6400 or should I just save for the Sigma 70-200?
Haven’t tried the 70-200 but I do own the 70-350, which is fantastic. Has OSS, which is crucial for a telephoto lens and for a camera body that doesn’t have IBIS (A6400). Would highly recommend
Boy have a died a lot here 5:42😂
what do you do with all the photos you've taken? do you upload for stock photography or have it as part of your portfolio? thanks
What lens filter are you using on the 30mm
quick question how do clean your photos after you have taken a short ??? like the way you do ??
Wonderful ! I was wondering which filter you have in font of your lens? I have the exact setup for street photography and every time I put the 56 I have opportunity to use the 30 and when I put the 30, I which I had the 56 mounted LOL
How you make such type of videos!
Is there any tutorial?
have you done a video about the video side of the 6400??? or do you not shoot videos on the 6400
Aside from the smaller size and weight, what benefits do APSC cameras have over full frame for this type of photography?

hey curtis, i have a6400 and sigma 35 + 85 dg dn for full frame. should i get ff body or sell my lenses and buy apsc lens?
What filter you have on that lens?
Hey Curtis! Do you recommend upgrading from a6400 to a6700?
Starting to shoot more serious now. Been using a6400 for about 3 years.
Yes absolutely, a6700 is beast most advanced apsc camera in the market
wait, how can u make the aparteure lower when use this lens, im beginner. So it is possible to lowering the apperture using prime lens
did you use iPhone as POV setup ?
Is it worth selling Canon R10 and buying Sony 6700?
I love photography but i dont think my camera is good enough. LOL😅
Don't allow a camera limitations limit your creativity, pick up your camera go out and create, that's my advice :)
Should I buy Sony a6000 with Sony 85 mm 1.8 lens tomorrow please reply second hand I am beginner
If you can, get the a6100. It has more features like a fully flip-up screen.
A6000 great camera, 85mm f1.8 might be a bad starter lens. If you can look towards a sigma 18-50 f2.8 zoom lens. That’s more versatile! Hope that helps 😃
@@CurtisPadley thank you very much I’ll be going to buy it
Like without even watching the video ❤
You come back to France anytime sir! A bientôt !
You see idk if I can do that in the US especially California 🥲
Check your local laws online
Canon r50 or sony A6400? Thank you🤔

I’m sorry but i really don’t know.
Who continue watching 3years for buying A6400😅
Paris? Why there places so dirty?
I’m the wrong person to be directing that question towards 😂

@@CurtisPadley thanks for the reply mate! Only thing I’m missing is the ibis and extra dial on the front for shutter speed etc
@@CurtisPadley ended up selling my 6400 this morning and ordered a 6700 😄
I gotta get out that way, looks way better for street stuff than the US.
That "skateboard " shot was insane😵
Wooo thanks! 🛹
