I used Google translator and the answer is "no". I haven't experienced any issues. The speed is so good, you can work on more than 3 tasks all at once and it doesn't freeze.

For someone's currency to be 17999 and that's supposed to be a low number is insane. Inflation must have happened over and over again in those countries
Funny enough the countries with the least amount of inflation mostly consist of countries, which looted the smaller economies of their resources which caused the inflation in the first place. Most countries suffering from inflation are colonies in the "empires" from the past.
