  • The NEW ECOVACS T20 OMNI unboxing and 1 week review is now live. This could be the best smart home tech to start with has flagship features that I have NEVER seen on a robot vacuum before. To check current pricing go here: bit.ly/3ASIgyq
    To buy on Amazon with $100 off :tinyurl.com/dwsave
    The ecovacs deebot T20 omni unboxing gives you everything you need to get started and has auto empty for the vacuum and mop. The hot water mop washing is the first I have ever seen and gets the floors cleaned like I have never seen before. The smart home capability with Amazon Alexa and Google assistant plus all of the software features for a controlled clean makes this my favorite robot vacuum right now. See what I think the real problem with Robot Vacuums are!

    Just bought one on Costco Canada today. Waiting for delivery. I've recent been diagnosed with degenerative disc disease and I cannot stand and vacuum the floors anymore (even at age 38). So this bot will be my arms, legs and back for me hopefully. 🙂

    Hello Sir, I have a Ecovacs Deebot T20 Omni, and am trying to use it on multiple floors. Do I have to take the charging base to different floors to use it? It's quite heavy. If I only take the robot to a different floor without the charging station, after cleaning, the robot will keep trying to find the charging station. After a long time looking, it will stop and say it can't find the charging station.

    Is anyone else seeing the issue where it wont fully clean under furniture if obstacle avoidance is enabled. I thought it was just me but ive seen a few comments on Reddit now saying the same. Ive reach out to Ecovacs support but its been nearly a week now and no response

    I bought this and I'm not impresesed. After using it for 3 weeks is acting weird. It doesn't fully clean the room. It says it is charging when the charge is 99%. And won't do any work until you stop the cycle and start again. I was meant to help me but it is frustratimg me.

    Is there a way in the app to tell the vac the direction of the hardwood so it can mop with less visible streaking? The Roborock app has this and I thought it was a great idea.

    I'm curious are the brushes and rollers and pads from the x1 omni able to be used on the t20

  • @joannazian7699
    @joannazian7699 Год назад

    Can you tell the difference when it comes to mopping pads wetness/efficiency and the cleaning length with T20 when it doesn't have a tank built in and has to return to the base to wet the pads? A lot of ppl wonder if this is a major downside in comparison to omni x1 where it's got a tank and can mop for longer without returning to the base thus also shortening time of the cleaning.

    • @dannywinget
      @dannywinget  Год назад

      It does return about every 10 minutes back to the base without the tank and gets its pads washed. Not sure if that is a downside or not. I don’t see a difference but it can take a long time if you vacuum and mop at the same time.

    • @jpthsd
      @jpthsd Год назад

      @@dannywinget plus the pads keep getting cleaned thus the mopping task would actually provide real mopping clean rather dirty pad to clean around right right :) but if people need to be aware, they need to schedule single task if mopping involved whether onboard or not onboard tank robot...it would provide the most optimal mopping cleaness task rather multiple zone cleaning at once :)!!
      I think about going with robot without onboard tank!

    • @joannazian7699
      @joannazian7699 Год назад +1

      I believe you can choose one of three intervals at which the robot will return to the base to do that- it doesn't have an onboard water tank so has to go back to wash and wet the pads.

      @@joannazian7699 thank you! That to me is a deal breaker. Roborock's new Q Revo stacks up well against this and has the water tank onboard. I wish omni too had one.

    I think the new Roborock Q Revo has an onboard water tank which is good for longer mopping intervals and is cheaper ($699 starting July 11th prime day i believe). Both bots are very similar.
    Tough decision between the Q Revo and T20.

    • @skatRdie0
      @skatRdie0 Год назад

      I'm waiting for this sale for the q revo. I'm going to sell my 4 month old ecovacs x1 Omni for it. The ecovacs look awesome but their software is crap. I haven't been able to access the settings page for over a month which is ridiculous. If their software we're both equally good or crap I would say it's a hard decision but I've had roborocks too and software and support is better.

    my t20 is dragging the spinning mopping pads across the 9x20 rug in my room. why? it is just going to mop my carpet with dirty water? the rugs even show up on the 3d model map, but still mopping my rugs isn't good.

    • @dannywinget
      @dannywinget  11 месяцев назад

      It doesn’t lift the mop at all going over it? That’s weird. Try going into the map, tapping on that 3D model map where your rug is lined out and label it as carpet and see what it does.

    • @haysphilli
      @haysphilli 11 месяцев назад

      @@dannywinget tried that, unfortunately this is one of the times the 3d model is blank. the other times it shows the rugs with a beige color on the floor and does not have the option to change the label, it labeled the rugs as carpet.
