1/4 ounce is one of my personal favourite ways to buy gold. It's small enough that most people can afford them so they are easy to move and it's large enough to feel the weight of the gold. I just wish the premiums were smaller though that may happen this year if metals go up as much as they could. Thanks Silver Heist!

I think 1/4 oz gold size is the sweet spot for many stackers. Lower premium and more digestible price point for many. Well done sir!!

Thanks SalivateMetal! The 1/4 is a RUclips fractional favorite with the 1/10 a close second. And the public likes both too!

The premiums on gold are all relevant, whether buying it or selling it. I think a lot of people overlook that fact. I definitely feel that the 1/4oz is the sweet spot though.

I'm trying to complete a tube of forty 1/4 ounce Gold Eagles right now. So far, I'm sitting at 31. I did a tube of 50 1/10 ounce Gold Eagles several years back. I'll eventually move up to 1/2 ounce Gold, but I will NEVER go above that. I prefer the larger universe of possible buyers in more emergency type circumstances, and the premium I pay for staying below 1 ounce is more than worth it to me.

Always a smart decision to split up the weight of your bullion coins. In a worst case scenario, it will be much more easy to barter with tenth oder quarter oz instead of full ounces. Great to see the "return of the chalkboard", by the way. Keep it up, and see you on the next one ! Greets from GER, U.

Now am getting close to having a complete tube of quarters only, so after that, it's on to another ten tenths to get a compete tube of them... just as the cost goes up I'll be spending on the less expensive.

Plus 10 to 15 T oz of silver. By year end I will have 1.2 to 1.5 t oz gold, up to 600 Goldbacks, and 120 to 180 t oz in silver. Make a plan, stick to the plan, and enjoy your wealth.

Great video. I started with 1/10 then went to 1/4 and recently bought my first full ounce gold Britannia ($60 over spot). I concentrate now on 1/4 ounce Eagles. What are your thoughts on trading the 1/4 eagles for a full ounce coin once you obtain 4 of them? I'm thinking just keep the 1/4 ouncers as they would be much easier to liquidate should the need ever arise?

The missing Reed on the coins since 2021 are only the one ounce silver and one ounce gold. The fractional gold coins have all their reeds. No missing reeds on fractional gold.
