A very excellent demonstration and instructions on the entire cleaning process. Most videos are music, no speaking and limited wording that goes by too quickly to read. Thank you also for the tips in safety and I will be getting the blade removal tool. Hopefully you did another video on lubrication of this appliance but in your demonstration it is pretty clear what parts will require food grade lubrication.
Wow, that safe blade removal tool is exactly what I need for my Beswood slicer. The Italian Rasspe chromium blade comes with two threaded holes, but I haven't found a tool that can possibly interface with them until now.
I apreciate the effort and information, however, these videos depict cleaning a clean slicer. It would be more helpful to me to see the cleaning process after slicing 150lbs of thin sliced meat. There is significant meat scraps everywhere even being mindful and conscious cleaning the emediate area where the meat falls
Just bought the machine, but got different removal tool that 's very unsafe and difficult to remove the blade unless unscrews (4) .... totally different from the video
