      I believe it does! Call TTFS tuning and they will confirm. They also have an XDI-60 if you are feeling crazy. Did a cam upgrade today and gained 100whp at 5.5k rpm. Be sure to subscribe 🤘

      Btwillia's Garage threw a rod. Owner before me knew it needed an engine so he put some thick oil in it and sold it as all good to a dealership.

    Gonna be doing a similar build, going through all the stages. But tbh hybrid turbos just don't cut it for me if you're pushing over 500whp, especially for a daily. That's why I'm going to go with speedtech's kit. The biggest problem imo with the N55 is the manifold and turbo. The B58 makes over 30hp more just because of it's improved manifold. So I just don't see myself wanting to push that much power through the stock manifold and borred out turbos with thinner walls. Just go big baby, these engines love it. All you need is a good EFR turbo that will be at full spool by 3500rpm and much more reliable as a daily. Just my 2 cents

      I can understand that, but don't sleep on the Pure S2 setups. I have room to turn it up to 575 or so when I'm ready. Plenty of people have put over 60k on this setup with no issues daily driving it. Don't blame you for going big though!

      @@BtwilliasGarage Your 575 number is on a high reading dyno. I have a similar setup on my F87 M2 and ran on Frank's dyno (TTFS) and only made 525whp. I'm just saying, the Pure turbo's heat generation above 20psi and restrictive nature of the turbofold really stop any power production. Speedtech is the way to go for big power. I hate to say it, but I might end up going that route in the next few months.

    Thanks for the help. I'm honestly bummed because I was told by MHD that the LPFP stage 2 was needed, but now I've been reading more and it seems like HPFP is more important! Guess I'll have to upgrade 🤷‍♂️

      Yeah things changed once the XDI35 entered the market. You should definitely get one if you can. I hear the stock lpfp works best with them though, so just be aware.

    Thanks for this vid. Been following the build. Still dealing with a stutter from 3k to 4.5k in wot. 13 n55 pwg xdrive. Bm3 saying hpfp is taking a dive. Ty for your reply on fb. Wondering if upgrading the lpfp would help my issue instead of hpfp cause its so pricey. Meaning getting a better lpfp would it force the fuel through.
    Secondly i havnt seen this anywhere for the meantime on bm3 could i do the boost by gear percent and maybe fix the issue that way? Thanks man. Keep the vids coming.

      I appreciate the comment and follow! I'm sure the LPFP would help quite a bit. It would have to. You honestly may not even want/need to go HPFP with the AWD. It would be overkill and you would be insane fast off the line, but likely break something quick. That based on what I have heard, not experience.
      I am not familiar with BM3, but will follow up if I can track down more info on BBG. I'll make more vids next week! Tires are getting worn, so next vid should be very smokey 😁

    Great vid! I was wondering what was needed for stage 2. 400hp will work for me as daily. Trying to find a nice 2011 to 2013, -- 335i coupe. So far just a lot of ragged out junk.

      Thank you! Yes this is 93 fuel with meth only. I asked my tuner to flash my trans, but I'm honestly not sure if he did. Will need to check. It's lightning fast shifts, but then again the ZF8 is strong stock

    Awesome video! Looking to start adding power to my F36 N55 right after coilovers. With that much power do you need to get an LSD?

      Thanks a ton for the feedback! You will get addicted quick to adding the power. The full bolt ons and tune are awesome for the price. 100whp and 100tq gained for around $1600 if you can install yourself. The intake and exhaust are simply for sound, so not required to go quick. After that it gets pricey, as you saw. My car hooks up great in launch control mode. Only problem is the 20 inch wheels and tiny sidewall. With a meatier sidewall I could probably get my 0-60 down. Currently at 3.61. Thanks for watching!

    Ive been talking with the guys who make xdi 35 hpfp. Im about to pull the trigger and finally say goodbye to the stutter. But my question is, is the xdi hpfp full e 85 capable? As long as i got my lpfp upgrade? Thanks

      I'm pretty sure it is, but I would check with them or Frank Smith and Gabe at TTFS. I'm not sure that you would need to upgrade your LPFP, but I have no plans for e85, so I'm not sure on that. Lpfp is good up until 700whp with the XDI35.

    It’s interesting to see what’s available.
    A lot of people have asked why I didn’t just get an M4. Well right off the bat, money. I can’t get a M4 for 20k like I can a 435i Gran Coupé.
    I wanted a nice comfy car with the ability to be quick. I feel like 335s and 435s offer exactly that.
    I think I’ll be plenty happy with just a downpipe and some meth. Ooooh and floating center caps. That’s all I need.

    Great video in your opinion which would be a simpler more cost effective mod to make between the 2 meth or E85 blend ?

      That's a great question. Where I live it is kinda tough to find E85, which is why I went with meth. If you are able to do your own work, meth is not too bad. You can even use -32 windshield wiper fluid to save money, although I prefer to run Boost Juice. Lots of people make pretty good power running a e blend. Let me know what you find out and decide on. I'll be giving away an E85 test kit and some shirts here soon, so be sure to subscribe if you haven't already

      +cutthroat performance the turbo alone will net you good power, but I would at least do meth with it to get the most out. you will need a high pressure FP too to get over 500 whp

    Do think getting an aftermarket compressor for the stock turbo would be a good cheaper alternative instead of getting a new turbo? I’ve heard the stock turbo could handle over 25psi but wouldn’t consider even breaking 20

      That would take a pretty impressive skillset to pull off man. I'm not educated on what all that would take to make your own PS2, but it's definitely not easy to pull off. I would plan on buying the PS2

    What is the stock engine good for if you daily drive it? Also can the speed tech turbo kit make 500 whp on 93 oct only?

      I would say the stock engine is fine til 575 or so if you are smart and not launching it daily with traction control off. I've seen people break axles and what not, but that's from donuts, etc. I'm sure the speed tech kit can make 500+ with supporting mods. I'm not terribly familiar, but if that is the stage 3 kit then I've heard 600+.

    Did round 2 have meth or e85 already? 380whp is high for bolt ons, I notice you only gained 50whp adding a PS2 turbo and meth and lost some torque

      Meth was in round 3. The car did have higher torque with just PS2 and meth But my tuner turned it back to be safe until we added the pump

    I'm also in Raleigh and have been to BPC for maintenance. Driving a 2013 E70 N55 and am interested in your stage 2 mods. Did BPC take care of your CEL after DP install? Are you able to pass emissions?

      They can install the parts for you, but no longer offer tuning. You can work with a remote tuner to handle the CEL. I do not require emissions in my county thankfully, but have since sold the N55 for a S58. Give them a call and let them know Brad sent you

      Thank you! Everything is going great. No issues other than chasing plus, coils etc for a misfire for a week or two on WOT. Ended up being bad ethanol lol

    How is the rest of the powertrain handling it? I'm guessing launch control is off the table. Did you go with wider tires too?

      I use xHP so I can dial in the perfect amount of slip. 0-60 is around 3.4 on good days. The tires are not ideal. 255/30/20 PS4S. Would do way better with a beefy 18 setup. appreciate you checking it out!

      The maintenance cost is very similar to stock, other than a few gallons of methanol a year. I also swap my plugs faster than a stock F30.

      What mods do you have? If you are only going LPFP because you do not need a ton of extra fueling, then sure, go for it. I'm just saying when going HPFP then it is not needed in many cases to do a LPFP due to issues that it causes with both

      @@BtwilliasGarage Right now I've got VSRF down pipe, CP, FMIC, exhaust, gapped NGK plugs, coils and JB4 tuner...Running 91 right now but wanting to install the PS2 turbo and figure out whether to go meth injection or e85 mix (whichever is less work on my side to fill it up regularly) Thoughts? Got ohlins R&T coilovers installed today too!

      @@ShelbyPaget Nice! In that case I would just plan on going PS2 and meth to start. You can always run a small ethanol blends with your meth for a little more power, but after MUCH testing ive found a 93-e30 mix and boost juice is reliable for 525whp+/550wtq+ all day long (with XDI35 HPFP). Just do PS2 and snow kit with size 6 nozzle next, tune properly. Will get you mid 400s for power and be solid for learning the car at that power. Then do HPFP when you get bored

      @@ShelbyPaget No worries! Yes, the advantage to the lpfp is a little more fueling BUT that will not be worth it in the long run with your plans to go PS2. You will max out the lpfp and the hpfp will do the exact same for the ps2 with the OEM lpfp as it would with an upgraded one.

      It's not so much the software/app, it's the tuner. I prefer MHD. Check out PureBoost for a custom tune

    I’m late to the party, but these number seem really low based on what I’ve seen, experienced and heard from others. I’m curious to know the condition of your motor? “Mileage” pure stage 2s with 93 oct should be making 420-450 easy. With hpf 500+

      What got u at this new power. With ps2 and making sure it have everything needed to reach 500whp. Did not go with xdi35 but dorsch stage 1 that I seen flows the same. But was wondering if without meth I can reach the 500whp at least.

    I'm still paying my car off and want to do this to my F30 N55 335i. Currently having issue with battery drain even after replacing the alternator and having both battery and alternator tested - passed!
    I was on the way to work, then the computer screen went blank while on a call. it came back up and a warning came up about the transmission. Could this be why my battery isn't charging while driving it?

      Btwillia's Garage yes I had my mechanic do that. My assumption is that coding only needs to be done when a new battery is installed. Not if the same battery is disconnected and reconnected.

      I agree, I believe it only needs to be coded upon replacement. You should be able take the + and - off without issues and reconnect the same battery back within no issues. My car has a slight parasitic draw when I leave it for 5 days+ with the radar detector and what not plugged in. I open the doors a few times as well. It gives me a warning that the battery has lowered voltage when I don't drive it for 5 days or so. It's the original 2015 battery. I'm not sure what the recommend man. I hope you get it figured out!

      Yes you absolutely should! That was mine at like 45k, but I've been pushing 500whp+ for 10k or so. 380whp for 15k before that

      @@BtwilliasGarage sorry i meant ignition coils. I just purchased the xdi 35 hpfp. I asked Gabe and he said just get new oem coils with the ngk 2 step colder. He dosnt like aftermarket coils. But what coils u have?

      @@HeathHerring666 ah gotcha, yes I use stock coils and N20 plugs when I did PS2. Kept the same setup when I installed the XDI35 a couple thousand miles later. My coils have around 40k on them. Should probably get some new ones in the next few months and a set of plugs to be safe

    VRSF makes cheap, Chinese grade parts. Evolution Raceworks makes the quality parts.

      Only problem I had with VRSF is needing to trim the chargepipe slightly to get it to fit properly. I wouldn't expect that problem with Evolution. Although they may be cheap, the parts seem to work just fine at 500+whp

    nice informative video... kinda dislike there were no pulls or sound or anything of the car. lets say you purchased the car for 40k (real number here might be higher). you spent 10.5 grand on tune. wouldnt you get a more horsepowered car for 50k than the 335?

      Thanks for the feedback. You can find quite a few interior, front exterior, rear exterior, etc sound clips on my channel if you would like. You would be hard pressed to buy a car for 50k that would beat this one, but I'm sure you could

      @@BtwilliasGarage well i was just calculating. and numbers cant be compared to what you really like. i have a 335i stage2 (making around 400+ at the crank) and i wouldnt swap it for any other. just wanna put more juice in it :D
