Genuine review, and a negative feedback too 👇 in my review. I watched this video around an hour ago, and since it was near to my house i was really excited to try it out since i have never been to any recommended place by mr pujneet. the son of the owner was there, and he welcomed me greatly, and i ordered a momo platter and a butter chicken combo to get it packed for my family. The food was really too amazing, atleast for me and my family who rarely eat momos etc. My family would like to visit it again, the the rates were the same as shown in the video. just 17rs tax was added. But one thing i didn't like, when my order was ready, the owner(the lady) had arrived. when her son handed me my order, i saw it was in a paper bag. since i was on my bike so i asked him if i could get an extra paper bag to double it because i thought it might get torn while riding due to the weight of the food as well as the flow of winds. The boy asked his mom to hand him a bag, but his mom looked at him and then she looked at me and she simply noded, and said no. i was literally shocked to see how could someone literally say no to give a paper bag to their customer, and especially one of the first few who came after watching the video. Her son handled the situation saying that the paper bag wont tear as it was of good quality, and indeed it was and it didn't tear. But i really felt awkward about her denying me of even giving a paper bag. I didn't even have a problem paying some extra cents for it. She could have handled it in a more professional manner especially after your video is uploaded just 3 hours ago. Though i didn't let that overcome the excitement and my genuine review. Hope so they read this and try to be more friendly to their customers.

I had a very good experience I ate there and when I was moving out I remembered that my little snoopy dog in the house will be hungry so I asked the boy there he looked at the owner lady and she called him and we were surprised she gave a full box of chicken bones for my dog without even charging for that .I m very happy with this that she loves dogs also and helped me out .
Some negatives may be there but we should always search for the positive side.😊

@@purnimagaur70 you are right, i also emphasized on the positives, the food and catering which was appreciable. But it was necessary for them to know what the customer felt and so that they can atleast keep it in mind the next time. Maybe such reviews can improve experience for more customers like you. Just like it didn't cost them anything to give you the bones for your dog, and this only builds a great connect and a sense of belongingness between the customer and the restauranter.
