Evony knows when there is a coin strike so they slip new things in the game, so others can change their mind in again buying packs. Its funny that when things happen, but they cannot fix alot of other peoples games, or at least give in a little bit for free to play players, and even low coiners, to at least get a nice castle for a decent price, or anything by that matter for a decent price. (shake my head). Just sad.

The "when defending" debuffs don't apply when on a Sub City so it's really still one debuff for most people's use cases.

Good question I never tried, I tend to avoid the disassemble button on Evony
