Deku did more than defeat villains, he helped people, and this arc showed his good actions being paid back, the guy from first episode who supported him when getting back to UA, Koda and the Fox Lady comforting him in the rain, La Brava and Gentle paying back the favor and Lady Nagant rescuing him just like he did for her (close to the end Eri will also do something similiar). Izuku Midoriya IS a good person, and everyone is coming back to help him.
Ngl that moment with Gentle gave me goosebumps. They did a good job fleshing his character out in his arc so it felt very impactful and meaningful! Gotta say the art and design for the everyone is always great, from seeing Spinners final form last week and now Dabi who looks like an Elden Ring boss. Did not expect this season to slap so hard.
I CRIED! 😭 AMAZING EPISODE! 🔥 Gentle and La Brava are genuinely in my top 5 characters in the show. Their hearts are so sweet and I love how they're written and I NEVER expected they'd come back as more than a filler arc but I'm SO happy they did! 🥹🥹🥹
