The requirement for hips to be small is honestly very strict. A lot of girls do not have small hips but they look very photogenic

exactly like some girls have big bones and its impossible for the hips to be small

i think its also because most modelling outfits require models to be at least xs or s. hence hips need to be 90cm or even smaller
