The washer could have stayed in....helps the arm move freely...also most people just loosen up the 10mm nut a few turns to free up the throttle arm....for smoother pull
Well, I took it out...the arm does not moves freely with it in, and the nylon washer left behind helps it move more freely, and it could reconnect itself staying stuck on a mini bike wouldnt be good, so I just wanted it gone...👍
