One tip about harvesting herbs: pick them very early in the morning. That way the sun won't hit them and evaporate some of their beneficial oils. In my country, we pick herbs on the 24th of June under the moon. It's considered the day of the "witches" aka healers and people working with herbs and they say that on that day, under the moon the herbs are the best quality.

I love raspberry leaf but if it’s going to be consumed on a regular basis it needs to be in small quantities because too much can really mess up your cycle. Also during pregnancy it is recommended only during the third trimester. Just like always, use moderation, and listen to what your body is telling you!

I love to add pieces of dried fruit to my blends, like apple, strawberry, pear and sometimes. I have a blend with rooibos, apple, cinnamon and vanilla that taste just like apple pie. In winter I like thyme and rosemary tea, it is great for colds.

I would love to see a video on how you process the herbs for tea blends as well as culinary purposes.
