The GT escapes New York and the straight jacket on the Porsche’ psyche and finds a local track and the owner wakes up from a dream in a sweat on the backstretch going 160mph, and instantly and furiously has to start negotiating the track….he has a full race helmet on, and gloves, but glances down to see his pajama bottoms adding to his confusion…..
I lovvvvvvvvvvvvve this format. At first I thought "another overly cinematic slideshow with dramatic music" but the POV ASMR city drive hit just beautifully. What excellent composition. Really hoping you do more of these! Thanks for making this for us.
As someone who spent the last 10 years in NYC and ate loves of Joe’s pizza this hit me right in the feels. Beautifully shot. The flat 6 wail on the FDR was pure bliss.
6:00 in is exactly what it's like to own a GT3, constantly feeling cock blocked, absolutely no reason ever to drive over 3 k RPM and then every now and then you can make room for 3-5 seconds of WOT, and then it's back to piddling. These cars are too fast in that regard for 99% of the time. Older 911 you can go WOT for 5-8 seconds at least lol. The real magic of this video is that you found a spot in front of the pizza place, how lucky is that??
Try having it with a 6 speed. The gearing is so long you do a small pull like that by the time you hit 3rd you are already doing well over 100. Shorter gears are a must with a 6MT. Shorter final drive too.
if this quality is consistent with your future uploads, I wouldn't be surprised if you took off given enough dedication and a little luck. Incredible work.
Love the videography and colour grading. This might just be my short attention span/my preference, but I feel like there could be more tension given that you're shooting a GT3 haha. But the chill vibe was still not bad. Regardless, amazing work, keen to see your coming work.

I had a 991.2 RS with Chalk paint Aurum wheels, now have a 991.2 GT3 in Chalk with black wheels and I'm considering painting the wheels, but Aurum was a tad too gold. Would love to know what color yours are and where you got them done.
