A rarely presented feature of the integrated navigation system is "inertial navigation" that allows you to drive through zones without GPS signal, such as: underground parking, tunnels, high mountains. The car uses the wheel speed, steering wheel angle and a digital compass to navigate around the map. This feature also allows a quick start of the navigation even if it was parked in a no-GPS signal zone. You should test this feature!
Not really something special as has been for almost decades also on other in-car GNSS systems. Digital compass = wrong wording. Correct: Gyroscope sensor (angular velocity & orientation) Steering wheel angle (not so much) >> Info from wheel sensor >> (in this case ABS feedback loop plus diff. between left & right speed comparator.

@@DoruApostolescu Oh what a friendly person you are! Nobody navigates in parking houses. As broadly and objectively explained this is an old feature of mostly all build in navsat system from the car manufacturers. In the early days of NavSat and less deployment of GNSS satellites it was quite mandatory. Game changer was when more satellites (for U.S. based GPS) where launched and when the EU Galileo became effictive and also the compatibility of GLONASS where usually a very good coverage was guaranteed at most times & locations. Do not refer to yourself as "we". You are not that important. You rather lack some technical knowledge which you express in a very rude way in your reply. Besides....there is no unsolicitated advice on the internet. You post your opinion and you can expect or not a reply. So I reply to you as you replied to me and that's it. Enoug said.....

kad si rekao da se ispricavas zbog cestog izgovaranja "So" si me nasmijao jer je i meni bilo malo iritantno ali s vremenom sam prihvatio So kao zastitni znak kanala, cak i fali kako si s vremenom opusteniji pa je So-a sve manje:-) i naravno svaka cast na odabiru tesle. Ocekujem neki rivju nakon 10000km
2 questions: is there any variant with sun glasses box (maybe option) and the lines from rear camera are dynamic (following steering wheel)?
A rare nice car. It looks fantastic, and I like the 1.33 140 hp. The only thing I doubt is whether the Scala 1.5tsi is better, just because of the legroom and headroom in the back seat...🤔

How would you compare this car to VW Golf 8?
Megane is more comfortable, while Golf is better in other areas. But the both have problems with electronics. I got one subscriber from Germany that visited me recently he counted 12 major problems in just first 6 months of ownership! He has asked VW to return the car and wait on them.
Can you play music or video via your mobile phone (android)?
Should be possible over BT.

Megan vs Octavia4 ? 1.33 vs 1.5tsi ?
Octavia 4 sa 1,5 TSI motorom ne moze da se dobije sa DSG menjacem,zasto,pojma nemam 1,5 TSI im foru isjljucivanja cilindara,trebalo bi da je pouzdaniji od staroga 1,4 TSI,1,33 TCe je Nissanova tehnologija iz sportskih motora,ja razmisljam da 1,33 TCe ne valja ne bi ga gurali od Dacije pa do najnovijih Mercedesa. Ipak je Josip merodavniji, cekamo njega :-)

@@sorinpoienar6053 Oh, fck, sorry :-) In Serbia and Croatia Skoda Octavia with 1,5 TSI engine goes only with manual gearbox, no DSG :-( ,i dont know why...1,5 TSI engines come with ACT (Active Cylinder Technology) that means the 4 cylinder engine is a petrol TSi where by 2 cylinders can be switched off (automatically) according to power requirements, 1,5 TSI is better than old 1,4 TSI...Now Renault 1,33 TCe :-) That is allso 4 cylindar turbo petrol engine but without ACT but technology is from Nissan sport departmend and with Daimler Merceds so can be bad :-) ...Josip is more authoritative than me , he know how they drive in real life,that is much important than what is write on papers :-)

Interior is disappointing. Have the exact same on our '18 Megane GT. While it's good, 3 years later and with the interiors of the Conquest/Arkana, who'd buy this?

Interior is not something especially....'cause is golf (7,8) is better ,just 'cause famous interior !!!
