cracked update does come late after official update. there is no other options is to keep checking for updates using the updater or see if a fully updated cracked is released by someone. that is why cracked games always a pain in head.

My problem is that I can’t update all the dlc’s. For example I can update university but not snowy escape, it shows critical error. I’m trying to repair it but the problem still remains.

if your using EA app or steam with the same copy you use with the updater then you need to stop that the legit game will only allow you using the DLCs you own while this updater will allow whatever DLC installed to be usable
I still don't know yet. But if you already bought DLCs on the account its recommended to create a new account account for this version. Just to be in safe zone.

Im not sure what possibly be going wrong. If you saved a sim or building it should show up in your saved library. Not showing up after saved meaning known something could be missed by you on your side. For now . No clear answer for the exact problem
Why did all of my packs dissapear? only a few are left. I loged in with my ea account from steam, since i have sims 4 with a few packs, but not all, so i got the game cracked with all of the packs. Now that i loged in only the ones i already had bought are available. What happened? What do i do? all of the packs are gone. Can i somehow add them back now?
No possible solution from me until i get my main internet connection. The landline provider's still making it a pain just to activate my landline and without it i can't connect the main internet connection. That is Egypt and that is we get treated.
Temper is a part of the problem. If you tried doing steps calmed. You can find what you stuck at. Also if you can use same browser it can allow you follow exactly same steps. Or check the pinned comment for FireFox browser

2 you didn't login yet
3 cleared cockies

You will need to use the updater to repair the game files so it can go online again you can you use the tips in the video title update sims 4

try delete or take away the whole DLC files let the updater download the whole DLC that has a problem
