Ever since I moved to Hermosa Beach I've wanted to get inside one of the beautiful homes along the beach front and take a look around. In this week's episode I met with T.J. Powers, a local realtor and got the chance to tour a $7.2million beach front mansion.

When I was seventeen I spent the summer at Manhattan, Hermosa, and Redondo beach, and visited palos verdes, malibu, beverly hills, hollywood and bel air. What a great summer that was.
This realtor really makes me thankful for some of the other realtors on you tube that really are so positive and upbeat and personable. This guy seems so arrogant and dry. He makes me uncomfortable.. I wouldnt want to buy from him. Adam you are always awesome!💜

Love the house and great location.Such a great home.
See,for those of us unfamiliar with Californian geography it would be great,as you have been doing,to explain the position of these wonders in relation to say Beverly Hills.As always.just the exploration of the USA and its revelations,which are not commonly known,explains so much as to why people have made a beeline for the Californian coastline.Indeed I am sure their treasures of villages in the mountains and further along the coast line.
However,this video was a beautiful introduction to a truly beautiful home.

Adam this is awesome and exactly where I’d love to end up one day. I live in Atlanta and worked for Porsche as a driving coach. When they opened the LA facility they sent me out to help the new coaches get acclimated on procedures. I stayed at a smaller house right off the strand that was fully renovated in Manhattan beach. Traveling to California it’s definitely been my favorite spot!

Tuesday morning routine. Get up, toilet, downstairs to put the kettle on, Whilst that's boiling, into the office to switch computer on. back into kitchen to make coffee, by then computer's done its thing. TJ is awesome. I told him I wanted to check out the house and didn’t want it to be a sales pitch and he was awesome about just walking me around.
TJ obviously is not only aware of what he’s doing. He’s very well aware of the exposure that he’s getting by this house being on this channel. Adam has a following on RUclips that is just as large as any major realtor in LA Would have on their own. Not too mention that this channel also indirect ties to the @producermichael channel. Which may be the best mansion exposure that LA county has. The realtor could be a “Mute” & take a literal SHIT in the middle of the living room, all on camera, & still be doing marketing for the house that money just cannot buy.
I like the mansion videos with Producer Michael, like you said though a view of the hills is nice but the beach views are amazing!!
