It's funny how you feel like you always post the same content and it annoys you, but I actually find it super comforting. Seeing you be so disciplined with the gym, running and editing has had a huge impact on me feeling more motivated, organized and capable over these past months. I don't think we're here for explosive adventures every week, but for you, to hear you talk about literally anything

the weekly vlog is truly a highlight of my week, I know ur a perfectionist and with it comes self criticising and insecurities that stop you from posting content you have put time into creating (even just running errands is content), but believe me when I say there are so many of us including me who would honestly enjoy sitting with a snack watching you painting walls in silence, no one is as critical of you as you are to yourself so I hope you treat yourself with kindness bc we love u and everything u put into the world so post the vlog u think is boring or the clip where you're rambling bc we (i) LOVE IT & love you 🫶

I think Emily Henry does such a good job at depicting Miles in a way that showed how both of them would feel about each other in the beginning (which would be not attractive given they just got their heart broken by people & aren’t looking for another) & then also showcasing how the perspective changes over time & as they fall in love. I feel like people didn’t like it because they’re used to books being the whole “love at first sight” thing & the FMC constantly talking about how hot or “big & muscular” the MMC is. I feel like I fell in love with him as slowly as she did

I actually love the structure and consistency since I thrive on routine and seeing a routine in the background helps me continue mine!! Especially when it’s hard to stay consistent with things like running or the gym

I am so proud of you for running. I am not a runner at all. I don’t have the lung capacity for running and for that it helped me discover that I like ballet and I have now gone into ballet for beginners and I’m not a professional what so ever, but it makes me happy so just make sure you do what makes you happy and don’t listen to anyone else

here to say i love the running content! you're doing gods work giving us the tea on the best shoes
def recommend nike run club, they have a program for half marathon training that is great! plus i love their guided runs, it keeps me motivated. I def suggest going to a running store to get your arches and gait measured. I had a lot of shoe issues and went to get my gait checked and they recommended Hoka Gaviotas, which are more stable yet squishy. anyways, love seeing your running updates!

Peoples feet are so different! I have the bondi 8s and I got them from a running shop after a gait analysis. Done a half marathon in them and they are awesome… for me. But my feet are neutral. Would recommend an analysis to anyone!! They’re normally free if you buy shoes too 😁.

I was having the same issue with the Cliftons (really bad shin and a calf pain) and it’s because the shoe doesn’t have much support. I liked the Cliftons at first, didn’t really see the hype, but they were comfortable until they started to be more worn and stretched out. When I tried the Arahi 7s, it was a night and day difference. You would probably be most comfortable in a shoe with more stability.
Also, compression socks work wonders, but specifically the ones that are knee high so not really ideal for summer but just something to consider

A) been loving TTPD as well! Your faves are my faves as well along with So High School. B) I’ve been using Brooks Adrenaline shoes for so many years when running but I look for supportive shoes as I have high arches and supinate. C) men don’t have to worry about safety when running so they don’t have to take their phone etc with them for safety 😞 so sad. Keep talking about it and normalize it and ignore them! I support you!
