Thank you John. I am still catching up on videos since getting over being sick, but I am going to go check out your layout update video. I think you have a lot of challenges to catch up on. 😃
Fun video, John! I see that BN Caboose still has a bit of flicker to it. ALL of mine do that. I suppose the next step would be to add a capacitor. Not sure i am motivated enough to tackle that project right now!
Thank you! It didn't have a flicker when I first did it so I'm hoping I just have some dirty track or wheels. I had been sick and we didn't run trains for a while, so I probably need to do a cleaning. I guess we will know soon enough. 😎
Nice looking collection, thanks for the shoutout. I just noticed the smoke from your factory smokestacks, very nice touch! Do you plan on weathering the cabooses? Big like
Thank you! Those factories are from PTF designs and are printed on foam with the LEDs wired in. I wish I could take credit for the smoke, but that was already on there. 😃 Maybe someday we can weather them but there are so many projects to work on at the moment.
Why all these challenges? You don't have to take up every single one of them. You shouldn't feel that you have to try a challenge, it's up to you whether you want to or not. I'm only going to take up one challenge, and that will be in N Gauge. It would put unwanted stress on a 00 gauge engine's motor in my collection. I'm missing ordinary running sessions with American steam engines, without commentary, here. However, I have an older video of myself trying to pull a toy engine across my living room floor, with a giant NEM coupling that I won from Sam's Trains. The ghost train I'd requested was the most creative. It didn't work very well.
Thank you for watching Kelly! The challenges aren't to win anything or compete, just to have fun around a central theme. I honestly feel like in the model train community there is often too much time simply talking about trains and layouts instead of actually running trains, and these get people running their trains. We really enjoy participating in these and it's a great way to see what other people have in their collection. 😎
Great entry John and David! Thanks for participating. You have a nice variety of cabooses I love the wooden caboose at the end. 😊
Thank you! This was a fun challenge and got us to run 3 cabooses that we had not yet run on our layout. 😃
Fantastic entry John! Great looking cabooses!! I love that UP SD40 also!! 💯😎

Thank you Drew! We don't have a lot, but they are a diverse mix.
Nice collection, I like single sheathed/outside braced cars, so the N&W one is my favourite. I liked hearing the stories behind each one.
Thank you! We have not forgotten about your flatcar challenge. Just trying to get caught up. 😁

Thank you Lee. We are so far behind on these challenges but are trying to catch up. 😎
You guys have a nice layout! Big enough for a train to stretch its legs! New sub here😊
Thank you, and welcome to our channel!
Looks like I'm going to have to dig up some cabooses now.
Yes, I think you do! 😎 Thanks for watching!
