市場的芭樂跟我所在的高雄鳳山一樣便宜！我很多年前曾經跟朋友一起在市場賣過女生的T恤，在此我要幫市場攤販說句話，基本上愈大的市場位置的租金愈貴，扣除成本、租金及雜支，市場的生意真的不好做，尤其少數人動輒殺價，當然一個願打一個願挨，只是我盼望能多一點同理心看待攤販們！😂😂😂

I make vegetarian soups at home every week. I always check the recipes of vegetarian soups online first, and then buy ingredients from the market according to the recipes. To my surprise, I can find almost all of these ingredients. So I believe I can keep doing this.

Neither do I, lots of food products to sell in a traditional market of Taiwan.
The last time I went (cannot remember where was it) was not just crowded, but also the streets and paths could be confusing.
I liked this one because there was so much variety! Even when lost you could find something interesting. 😂

@@MamaLucyYou guys can buy some fudge (I use morinaga brand) and make it In traffic cone shape
(just one or two of it not the whole package)
and then set it on the table or the floor, final step you smash down the coconut to the traffic cone shaped fudge from above and fast with a little bit hard strength so you will get a tiny hole on the shell of the coconut.
Just like that you put a straw into the coconut after pull out the fudge so that you are able to drink the liquid inside.
Try next time. It’s true, I used the method a lot when I was a kid. It’s fun especially doing it with kids.

The blue eggs are century eggs, what Westerners fear most, I personally also don't like it......
The market's fish is fresh, not like supermarket fish is frozen, but I saw Westerners seem not to like to cook small fish, are more like fish steak, maybe because Westerners use knives and forks, and East Asian use chopsticks.
I think we like our fish similar to our meat. Without bones and preferably without the head and tail etc. 😅

I saw Lukas's video, he seems very surprised Taiwan cook the whole fish, can see the whole fish look.
West (or Sweden) seems more cook the fish into fish steak, you will not see the whole fish look on your plate.
Westerners use knives and forks, so making fish into fish steak is more convenient to eat.
I prefer fish meal more then pork .less fat more protein .😊
