Thank you! Yeah; I pretty much am going for the Jim Gordon setup; he had his ride over the toms, but more over to the right. I like the ride a little more toward center. Makes for a reach, but I'm getting used to it.

Thanks Spiro - love your JR Robinson Jigsaw video, BTW. I was going for a 70s sound on all of my drums; so I engineered the sound to be a bit more soft than slappy. I used a Beyerdynamic M88, which rolls it off a little and doesn't do well with high SPL, and a fairly high tuning. Those are Gretsch USA Customs. Thanks for the sub!
@@spirodrums Thanks! A lot of it is how I've mixed it; but Gretsch USA Custom is the best-sounding bass drum sound I've ever heard. I'm actually trying a new bass drum sound for my next video.
