The bins featured from 20:00 - about 40:00 that are basically every kinda thing other than the true "thing" bins (clothing, breakables, books, etc) are amazing to me: there's just so much stuff that it's hard to even SEE what's there. I mean, I'd have to slow down to even navigate it, because you know there must be good items in all that stuff, even if it's stuff for personal use. It's just astounding to me, ALL the stuff. I feel for you every time, trying to sort it with just one hand. I would absolutely vote for you to take a break from showing us, and use both hands to make sure you really comb it. It looks like, truly, a two handed job. I mean, the bins, itself, is an amazing thing, but those bins that have some of EVERYthing, just boggles my brain. Everything!
With the amount of inventory you're getting doing your youtube videos, have you ever thought about selling reseller boxes thru etsy or somewhere? I've seen other resellers do it, and it seems really profitable. They, of course, cherry, pick the best, and then make different boxes up.
I use a bunch of different things depending on the material. Leather I use either Dr marten shoe salve, chamberlains leather milk.. on non leather is just depends but you can get a lot out with an oxy clean / dawn dish soap mix. But gotta be careful with oxy clean. It could pull out color depending on the bag.
