Goodwill use to be a great place to shop,the things they get are donated,but the prices are out way too much, it's turning into department store, those colored tags 1/2 off can never fine im just saying 😢

Goodwill gets that stuff free, they should stop pretending they are a fine department store and go back to selling items that were donated for 1/4 ( or less!!) of what they are pricing things for! I stopped donating and shopping there years ago because of their greed.

Yes the color of the kislux is beautiful and it is a great decision, maybe one day they will add feet and straps. It would be nice to have a bigger bag during the colder months when we have to store gloves, beanies, scarves, etc…

Goodwill is crazy expensive. Yard sales are cheaper.

Being a child born in 1963, I grew up eating trendy Jello Celery Pudding desserts. The theme seemed to be: “It’s new, so it’s Amazing!” My mom made a Jello based…salad…thing that tasted like the smell of pine trees. We all called it “pine tree salad.” And she made it all the time. Yikes. She certainly meant well, but man, it was awful.

I hear you on the storage unit. I had 2 of them for my reselling business but they doubled the price with new owners. So in 2020 I moved it all home (hate it!) We just got our flooring done and had to get one again to move stuff in there as we packed rooms. I have kept it 3 extra months just so I can get some ebay stuff out for a bit. I have been listing like mad but unless I had a helper, I can only work so quickly.

I live in Scotland and we don’t have things like this we defo don’t have a goodwill let me tell I get let loose somewhere like this you wouldn’t find me again for about 3 fortnights 🤣 one day in coming to America just thrift at the bins the goodwill and red white blue

I had that box with drawers when I was a fourth grade teacher. It was an incentive for giving out Highlight magazine order forms to the kids. The number you got back from them determined the teacher gift options. I always had a few kids end up ordering the magazine, but majority did not get it. That box was filled with a bunch of reward stickers. I used it for years and just added new stickers to it.

Suggestion! Next time, consider picking up nice yard bundles. As I saw a lot that you passed up. You can sell it in lots of 5 or 6 for about $25-30. You also missed a clean pair of Crocs. Love the hunt!!

Sounded like there was a few hooligans at the bins today. I hate how they throw luggage and totes in the bins.

There is also a project in school called the plant project, where the kids have to press the plants and put them in an album and identify them.

I am always amazed at how much you find. I am in Vancouver and I know you’ve been to our bins. I am a newbie reseller but have been going to the bins since it was still in the back of our Goodwill store. The resellers at our location are hardcore and can empty a bin in 5 min, it’s tough pickins here, lol.

The kids toys at our bins go so fast 49:11 everything is made in china or Indonesia

My mom loved her Ideal magazines. She subscribed for as long as I can remember as a kid. She had others too.

I live in London Ontario Canada and the Goodwill bin store her has hardly any shoes , if those bins were here in London they would be so empty so fast !!!
