This is my most favourite place in the Exumas! Only a Gemini catamran can enter here. Even at high tide there are just 4 feet at the shallowest parts close to Shroud Cay. In the small lagoon there are 5 feet at low tide. In this area there are miles of fantastic beaches and sandbars. At low tide big areas between Hawksbill Cay and Shroud Cay fall dry. No waves, no mosquitos. The colours of the water are superb.
--- I am sailing with my Gemini 105MC catamaran NIRVANA every year to the central Bahamas, the island chain of the Exumas. In the summer hurricane season I leave my boat in Florida in the Indiantown Marina near Lake Okeechobee and fly home to Germany.

In Germany I live in a big spiritual commune: www.Parimal.de

A piece of heaven! Thanks a million for sharing! 🙏 ❤❤
Thank you. But you can reach this place only if your draft is less than 3.5 feet and go at exact high tide. Greetings
Amazing! Definitely going to subscribe! Keep it up the great work
Awesome!
I don’t recognize this part of shroud. Are you sure it’s shroud?
Hello, yes it is Shroud Cay at the most southern point, opposite Hawksbill Cay. This is for me the most beatiful anchoring place in the Exumas. But you can only reach it at exactly hightide when you draw less than 3 feet!!!!
