Same thing happened to me just now, but before to filled up all the details, I preferred to search video regarding this on RUclips and saw your video, thanx for saving my account...:)
It happened with me 1 minute ago even I didn't scan the QR code i just check the account of person who sended this and it's from Indonesia 🤣🤣 than I already know he is scammer

There’s another new scam going on related to order purchase, same amount as your gig price. It opens a new link where it says the order purchase has been made, please proceed ahead and it takes to another page to add card details. Knew it was as scam. Although it looked very official and real as the order purchase page had my whole gig, with description title price everything. It’s crazy how rampant the scams are going on.
If you even filled every card details... The transaction can't happen with out the otp... So if you fill it by mistake... Just don't share the otp...
there is a way through thanks to our Bank security and is known as otp bypass or otp hijacking and many banks are vulnerable to this day
I got a similar message.
How I knew it was a scam was
I checked their details and all the accounts that sent it had one name Alice and all the accounts were created 2024, and there was no consistency in the amount to send, One said 500, Another 200 and another 300 dollars.
If it's a policy then there should be consistency.

I entered my bank account details into the qr code link and a pop up appeared asking how much my balance was. then I put the zero and then there is a loading screen that does not disappear. what should I do because I have already placed my bank account.
If otp is not shared that's fine i guess, but safe side it's better to block the card!

I got the QR code as well. I reported it to Fiverr.
Even I got such message! I just report it as same! Because I know if fiverr wants verification, they notified us through notifications!
I saw the same thing after I activated my account.
Luckily, I'm informed with these kinds of scams and I immediately checked my gig tab to see if there were orders
I saw none and instantly knew it was a scam.
It happened to me too, many times.

What can i do if i was scammed? the transaction is still on the way
This was happened to me i was the new seller in fiverr i got this notification today it says your account at risk and so I’ll opne the qr code and then it say’s your account got suspended follow the instructions for verification so i was following the steps and then it’s says you have to conform your card details and i added the card details after that they are asking add the the bank balance for verification so i added my bank balance and then the fiverr support told wait for few seconds you’ll get a OTP just share it and your verification will be done. At that time I realised this is scam and I didn’t share the OTP.
The main thing is the scammer got my card details, So what i have to do now can you help me with that ?
Better you block your card. And please contact Fiverr support they will recover your fiverr account and do let them know about this scam. Share all the picture if you have any.

thank you so much i generally don't fall for any scams like this but I've used some app trials so they debit 2rs for verification and they refund it so back to the story i was in a call when i got this message and as i was in call so i felt lazy and I'll be attentionless to call so i didn't do it now after the i thought let's do it thought let's look for it and you and that call saved me

This kind of process had happened to me as well. I would have received a notification in which I had to give this code etc., so I didn't. They gave me 24 hours. I did not completed it. After that my account got closed it says that your account is no longer active so please tell me about it guide me how it will be correct now I am very worried about it and contact with fiverr team three tofour times but my problem is no yet solved. Please guide me.
