    if we want an LMS for both internal and external learners still talent LMS is the best?

    we want to build an LMS platform for both internal and external, what would you recommend for that?

      Great question. We have a couple recommendations. But have a couple questions for you.
      1) do you need it to be SCORM or HTML compliant?
      2) how big is your company?
