You're honestly the only one I've seen on RUclips so far who talked about the new return policy when it comes to body care. Everyone else talked about the policy with returning candles. I honestly don't buy candles from Bath & Body Works. Maybe one here and there during Semi-Annual. But, I shop other companies for my home fragrance needs and I'm super happy with them. But, Bath & Body Works is one of my top go-to place for body care. So, this video helped me out a LOT. 💜
I always save my receipts even prior to the update of the return policy. I’m glad they changed the policy people were taking advantage of it. Nice haul!
90 days is a reasonable exchange/refund policy. Especially if they are giving store credit for un-receipted products. We rarely pay full price for products so we're still coming out on top.

I definitely don’t like this new policy but I also don’t buy as much so that limits how many items I buy and don’t like . I love your haul ! I got that golden mango lagoon and the watermelon mojito and I like them both didn’t get the among the clouds I could do without it .
The app coupon usually has the same coupon code as the physical one they send us. So you can only use it once. Before all the changes, you were able to use the app and physical coupon as two separate discounts. I had two physical coupons. One was expiring the next day and the other was a new mailer coupon that was good till April.

I agree it hardly has any scent & what scent it does have dissipates fast. Sad, such beautiful packaging wasted.
